SoulCollage® provides a creative, intuitive process for self-discovery and self-care by combining the act of making collages with journaling and introspection. Participants create a personal deck of cards from images that represent various parts of themselves, their relationships, and their inner wisdom, which they can then use to gain insight and clarity about their lives.

Each participant is very much engaged in their own collage and writing process, though we are collectively working at the same time and there is comfort in one another's live presence.  Sharing at the very end is completely optional but can enhance the depth and experience for you.  Also, comforting/familiar rapport is absolutely built within the group community.

You certainly don't have to talk or turn your camera on, ever - but don't be surprised if you're drawn to.  This group is truly a come-as-you-are experience, with no expectations about your energy levels or participation.  There is no verbal chatting through the making/writing portion of group, but there is time to share at the end if you so choose.  

No prob.  Join back in the next week!  Each group is a stand-alone experience not dependent on the prior week. Some people attend weekly, some twice monthly. The group is affordably priced so that even if you only made it to one group per month, it is still a worthwhile, beautiful investment!
